The original idea behind JAR2 and the very foundation of
JAR2 was providing free access to information that the
West wanted hidden, censored or kept secret. That was

The study, a pre-print that was awaiting peer-review, is written by leading cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch and their colleagues....
Background: The rapid development and widespread deployment of COVID-19 vaccines, combined with a high number of adverse event reports, have led to concerns over possible mechanisms of injury including systemic lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and mRNA distribution, spike protein-associated tissue damage, thrombogenicity, immune system dysfunction and carcinogenicity. The aim of this systematic review is to investigate possible causal links between COVID-19 vaccine administration and death using autopsies and post-mortem analysis.
Methods: We searched for all published autopsy and necropsy reports relating to COVID-19 vaccination up until May 18th, 2023. We initially identified 678 studies and, after screening for our inclusion criteria, included 44 papers that contained 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case. Three physicians independently reviewed all deaths and determined whether COVID-19 vaccination was the direct cause or contributed significantly to death.
Findings: The most implicated organ system in COVID-19 vaccine-associated death was the cardiovascular system (53%), followed by the hematological system (17%), the respiratory system (8%) and multiple organ systems (7%). Three or more organ systems were affected in 21 cases. The mean time from vaccination to death was 14.3 days. Most deaths occurred within a week from last vaccine administration. A total of 240 deaths (73.9%) were independently adjudicated as directly due to or significantly contributed to by COVID-19 vaccination.

Брифинг о подготовке Западом масштабных провокаций с применением токсичных химикатов на Украине

22 февраля влиятельная американская неправительственная организация провела конференцию, посвященную событиям на Украине. В ходе этого мероприятия бывший посол США в России Джон Салливан сделал заявление ЦИТАТА: «…российские войска планируют использовать химическое оружие в зоне специальной военной операции…».
Расцениваем данную информацию как намерение самих Соединенных Штатов и их пособников провести на Украине провокацию с использованием токсичных химикатов.
Они рассчитывают, что в условиях боевых действий международное сообщество не сможет организовать эффективное расследование, в результате чего реальные организаторы и исполнители могут избежать ответственности, а вина будет возложена на Россию.
По нашему мнению, подготовка идет полным ходом. В начале 2023 года Евроатлантический координационный центр по реагированию на бедствия и катастрофы спланировал поставку на Украину крупной партии средств индивидуальной защиты. В качестве обоснования указано ЦИТАТА: «…российские войска уже использовали боеприпасы с фосфорным составом и могут задействовать отравляющие вещества в ходе прогнозируемого обострения обстановки…».
Перечень поставляемого имущества включает более 55 тысяч комплектов средств индивидуальной защиты, 55 тысяч противогазов, 13 тысяч индивидуальных противохимических пакетов. Приоритетное внимание уделяется антидотам от фосфорорганических отравляющих веществ типа зарин и зоман – 600 тысяч ампул, противосудорожным препаратам – 3 млн. таблеток, препаратам для детоксикации иприта, люизита и производных синильной кислоты ингибиторов хлорацетофенона – 750 тысяч флаконов.
Кроме того, Министерство обороны Российской Федерации получило сведения о том, что 10 февраля 2023 года на Украину (Краматорск) прибыл железнодорожный состав, в одном из вагонов которого находился груз химических веществ, сопровождаемый группой иностранных граждан.
Вагон был отцеплен и отбуксирован на территорию Краматорского металлургического завода им. Куйбышева, где под контролем сотрудников службы безопасности Украины и представителей командования ВСУ состоялась разгрузка химикатов.
Груз представлял собой 16 герметичных металлических ящиков, восемь из которых имели знак химической опасности, надписью Би-Зет и маркировку двумя красными линиями, что соответствует классу отравляющих веществ временно выводящего действия. Пять ящиков имели надпись «Си-Эс – РАЙОТ», три – «Си-Ар – РАЙОТ» с нанесением маркировки в виде одной красной полосы, что соответствует веществам раздражающего действия.
Груз был размещен на бронемашинах американского производства, которые в составе колонны выдвинулись к линии боевого соприкосновения.
19 февраля в Краматорске состоялась разгрузка 11 вагонов с грузом шрапнельных боеприпасов со специальной маркировкой. Разгрузка проводилась в ночное время на платформе в пригороде, при этом вагоны были обозначены надписями «Стройматериалы», «Цемент».
По имеющейся в Минобороны России информации, ранее в интересах сухопутных войск США была проведена модернизация шрапнельных выстрелов, снаряжаемых готовыми поражающими элементами с жидкими рецептурами раздражающих веществ.
Факты одновременной поставки токсичных химикатов и средств защиты от них свидетельствуют о попытке проведения масштабных провокаций с использованием боевого психотропного отравляющего вещества Би-Зет в ходе конфликта.
Напомню, что в соответствии с Конвенцией о запрещении химического оружия вещество Би-зет является контролируемым химикатом и входит во второй список, его применение запрещено статьей 1 КЗХО.
Данный химикат вызывает острый психоз, потерю ориентации, галлюцинации, нарушения памяти.
Вещество Би-Зет является табельным отравляющим веществом армии США и широко применялось во время Вьетнамской войны.
Соединенные Штаты и их союзники неоднократно применяли боеприпасы, снаряженные химическими рецептурами, в ходе военных конфликтов в Афганистане, Ираке, Сирии.
США заявили о полном уничтожении запасов Би-Зет ещё в 1990 году, когда было утилизировано около 50 тонн этого вещества, но образцы были оставлены. Кроме того, в настоящее время сохранена возможность синтеза прекурсоров Би-Зет на базе мощностей по производству фармацевтических препаратов в объеме до нескольких десятков тонн в год.
Мы неоднократно отмечали, что руководство западных стран на регулярной основе делает провокационные заявления о возможности применения Россией оружия массового поражения.
Вместе с тем подобные проекты уже не раз были реализованы самими Соединенными Штатами для достижения политических целей. Так, пробирка со «стиральным порошком» в руках госсекретаря США Колина Пауэлла послужила поводом к вторжению в Ирак и причиной гибели более полумиллиона граждан этой страны.
В 2017 году растиражированные информационными агентствами фотографии «Белых касок», на которых люди в обычных марлевых повязках отбирают пробы в месте предполагаемого применения зарина, привело к нанесению ракетного удара США по авиабазе Шайрат в Сирии.
В 2018 году постановочные съемки с якобы отравленными хлором детьми в сирийском городе Дума стали причиной уничтожения научно-исследовательского центра в Барзе и Джамрае.
Хотел бы напомнить, что никто до настоящего времени не понес ответственности за данные преступления.
Выполнение США своих обязательств по КЗХО имеет четко выраженный избирательный характер. Любые ограничения по этому договору, ущемляющие американские интересы, игнорируются при прямом попустительстве Организации по запрещению химического оружия.
Так, в нарушение статьи 1 Конвенции и Женевского протокола 1925 года минобороны США легализовало использование целого ряда химических веществ в качестве средств ведения войны. Их применение предусматривается с помощью широкого спектра штатных боеприпасов.
Хотел бы предупредить, что развернутые в районе проведения специальной военной операции российские стационарные и подвижные комплексы контроля РХБ-обстановки позволяют своевременно выявлять химические угрозы и оперативно реагировать на них. В связи с этим Запад ошибается, рассчитывая на успешное осуществление провокаций с токсичными химикатами в условиях ведения боевых действий.
Аналитические возможности имеющихся в Минобороны России химических лабораторий позволяют достоверно определить не только тип примененного химиката, но и страну – производителя.
Так, например, широко известна представленная на слайде информация о применении против российских войск самодельных боеприпасов с помощью БПЛА. Проведенные исследования доказали, что это боеприпасы термического действия, которые содержали горючие окислители и добавки, часть которых произведены в Чехии.
Предупреждаем, что в случае провокаций с использованием токсичных химикатов истинные виновники будут нами установлены и наказаны.

Briefing on preparations for a large-scale chemical attack provocation (False Flag) by the West in the Ukraine

February 22, 2018, February 22, 2018, a conference dedicated to the events in Ukraine. During this event, former US Ambassador to Russia John Sullivan made a statement QUOTE: "... Russian troops are planning to use chemical weapons in the military operation zone ...".
We regard this information as an proof of the intention of the United States and their enablers to carry out a provocation in the Ukraine using toxic chemicals.
They are counting on the fact that under the conditions of a special operation it will not be possible for the international community to conduct a proper investigation, as a result of which the organizers and perpetrators can escape responsibility and the attack can be blamed on Russia.
In our opinion preparations are in full swing. At the beginning of 2023, the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Center planned to supply Ukraine with a large batch of personal protective equipment. As a justification is the following QUOTE: "... Russian troops have already used phosphorus munitions and may use poisonous substances during the predicted escalation of the conflict...".
The list of supplies received includes more than 55 thousand sets of personal protective equipment, 55 thousand gas masks, 13 thousand corresponding anti-chemical packages. Priority is given to antidotes for organophosphorus toxic substances such as Sarin and Soman, including 600,000 ampoules of anticonvulsants, 3 million tablets for detoxification of mustard gas, lewisite and hydrocyanic acid derivatives and 750,000 vials of inhibitors of chloroacetophenone.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation received information that on February 10, 2023, a train arrived in Ukraine (Kramatorsk), and in one of the cars was a large load, accompanied by a group of foreign citizens.
The car was uncoupled and towed to the large Kramatorsk Kuibyshev metallurgical plant where chemicals are unloaded under the control of the security service of Ukraine and a representative of the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The presence of 16 sealed metal boxes, eight of which require the identification of chemical hazards, the inclusion of B-Zet and marking with two red lines, which corresponds to the class of poisonous manifestations of a temporarily debilitating effect. Five boxes require the inclusion of "CS - RIOT", three - "CR - RIOT" with the beginning of the marking in the form of a single red stripe, which corresponds to irritating substances.
The cargo was placed on American-made armored vehicles, which advanced in columns to the line of armed contact.
On February 19, 11 train cars loaded with shrapnel munitions were unloaded in Kramatorsk. Unloading was carried out at night on a platform in the suburbs, while the cars were marked with the inscriptions "Building materials", "Cement".
According to information obtained by the Russian Ministry of Defense, it was discovered that the modernization of shrapnel munitions was being carried out US ground forces, with these munitions being upgraded with liquid formulations of chemical weapons substances.
The fact of the simultaneous delivery of chemical agents and protection against them corresponds to the assessment of planned large-scale provocations using the military grade psychotropic poisonous substance B-Zet during the course of hostilites.
Let me remind you that, in accordance with the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) , B-Zet is a dependent chemical and is included in the second list, its use is prohibited by article 1 of the CWC.
This toxic agent causes psychosis, disorientation, hallucinations and impaired consciousness. B-Zet is a US Army standard poison agent and was widely used during the Vietnam War.
The United States and its allies have repeatedly used chemically formulated munitions during military conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria.
The United States announced the complete liquidation of B-Zet stocks back in 1990, when about 50 tons of this substance were disposed of, but its use was never abandoned. In addition, at present, the possibility of synthesizing B-Zet precursors at powerful production facilites for pharmaceuticals has been preserved, resulting in up to several dozen tons per year being produced.
We have repeatedly noted that the leadership of Western countries on a regular basis makes provocative statements about the possibility of Russia using weapons of mass destruction.
At the same time, such projects have already been implemented more than once by the United States itself to achieve political goals. Thus, a test tube with "washing powder" in the hands of US Secretary of State Colin Powell served as a pretext for the invasion of Iraq and the death of more than half a million citizens of this country.
In 2017, photos of the White Helmets, which were publicized by news agencies, showing people in ordinary gauze bandages taking samples at the site of a suspected sarin attack, led to a US missile attack on the Shayrat airbase in Syria.
In 2018, staged footage of allegedly chlorine-poisoned children in the Syrian city of Douma caused the destruction of a research center in Barz and Jamrai.
I would like to remind you that no one has yet been held accountable for these crimes.
US compliance with its obligations under the CWC is clearly selective. Any restrictions under this treaty that infringe on American interests are ignored with the direct connivance of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
Thus, in violation of Article 1 of the Convention and the 1925 Geneva Protocols, the US Department of Defense legalized the use of a number of chemicals weapons for war. Their use is envisaged using a wide range of standard munitions.

После совершения управляемого подрыва автомашины «Toyota Land Cruiser Prado», за рулем которой находилась Д. Дугина, 21 августа 2022 года Н. Вовк вместе с дочерью выехала через Псковскую область в Эстонию.

/TASS/. Polish serviceman Emil Czeczko, who fled to Belarus in
December, said on Thursday that 200 to 700 migrants may have been
killed by Polish law enforcement officers during his service on the
border with Belarus in June 2021.
"Within 10 days of
my service, 200 to 700 people may have been killed there," Emil
Czeczko told a news conference.
He specified that he
had been part of teams of Polish border guards dealing with migrants
detained at the border between June 8 to June 19, 2021. "As early as
June 9, I took part in the first mass executions by shooting. Border
guards ordered us to fire at the people, while aiming at our heads.
After we had executed the first group, we were ordered to execute a
second," he went on to say.
"This continued
exactly the same way on a daily basis until June 18. I was killing
groups of migrants up to 20 people. On June 19, I saw that there
were obviously more people in a new pit than we had executed

Emil Czeczko, a
serviceman with the Polish Army’s 16th Pomeranian Infantry Division,
escaped to Belarus on December 16, 2021, and requested asylum due to

Polish Armed Forces accuse Czeczko of desertion, threatening to
court-martial the serviceman. At the end of last year, Czeczko was
sentenced for six months in prison for bullying his mother. After

To explain the pandemic origins, experts
from the University of Cambridge and their peers from Germany analyzed
160 virus genomes that were extracted from human patients around the
world and they found the coronavirus mutated into three distinct
strains.
They found that most cases carried type
A virus, largely seen in
patients from the US and Australia.
Once type A had been detected in Wuhan.
The virus infected five individuals from Wuhan and four patients from
South China's Guangdong Province. But most cases from the Chinese
mainland and East Asian regions do not carry type A virus but carried
the type B virus, which is a variant of type A, the study found.
Instead, patients carrying the ancestral
type of virus (type A) were largely seen coming from the US and
Australia, such American patients had a residence history in Wuhan, the

As for type C, it is a variant of type
B, which is commonly seen in European countries such as France, Italy
and Sweden and also evident in Singapore and South Korea as well as

has uncovered documents showing that Anthony Fauci’s NIAID gave
$3.7 million to scientists at the Wuhan Lab at the center of

According to recent Russian media reports, the Avangard hypersonic boost-glide system, one of the new super weapons that President Putin mentioned in his address to the Federal Assembly in March, went into production last summer and will be operational with the 13th Strategic Missile Forces division by the end of 2019. It will be deployed near Yasny, a town 502 kilometers (312 mi) southeast of Orenburg in the southern Urals, by the end of 2019.
Normally it takes two systems for a regiment to be combat ready by that time, but in this case that number will be increased to six. At least two regiments with six systems each are expected to be battle-ready by 2027. According to the state armaments program (GPV2027), twelve UR-100UTTKh (NATO: SS-19 Stiletto) missiles will be integrated into the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicles (HGVs). The deployment of the HGV might begin without additional flight tests. Eventually, the Sarmat RS-28 ICBM could be used to deliver the Avangard, potentially carrying a single, massive thermonuclear warhead with a yield exceeding two megatons.
The boost-glide weapon can fly at speeds of over Mach 20 or about 15,300 miles per hour (four miles per second). It could reach Washington in 15 minutes even if launched from Russia. There is no way to intercept it, as it moves in a cloud of plasma "like a meteorite." The weapon is distinctive for its ability to withstand extreme heat during the final phase of its trajectory thanks to its heat-resistant titanium casing. Its in-flight temperature reaches 1,600-2,000° Celsius.
It is impossible to predict the direction of its approach. Installed on the 200-ton Sarmat, the Avangard could be sent into the desired orbit at an altitude of 100 km from Earth using a pre-booster, gliding to its target at a speed of Mach 20 (5-7 km/s) while maneuvering with the help of stabilizers. It can make rapid course changes in the atmosphere. Its signatures are quite different from those of traditional ICBMs. Advanced countermeasure systems increase its ability to penetrate missile defenses.
The Avangard is the first HGV in the world to have gone into production, as well as the first to travel at great altitude in the dense layers of the atmosphere while deftly maneuvering. According to General John Hyten, head of US Strategic Command, “We don't have any defense that could deny the employment of such a weapon against us.”
Serial production of Sarmat ICBMs is scheduled to begin in 2021. The UR-100N UTTKn and the Sarmat could carry multiple Avangard glide vehicles.
Other ICBNs, such as the RS-24 Yars and RS-26 Rubezh, can potentially accommodate smaller Avangard-type vehicles should the New START Treaty not be extended. The tempo of the glide vehicle’s deployment and modernization can be expedited depending on the progress of the talks with the United States on strategic nuclear arms. Since its trajectory renders the Avangard immune to missile-defense systems, the HGV will become a powerful argument that can be wielded at that round table.
Long-range, high-precision hypersonic glide vehicles can be used in conventional conflicts to deliver prompt global strikes, including against those enemies who possess the air- and missile-defense capabilities to counter aerial targets, cruise missiles, and smaller- and medium-range ballistic missiles. The conventional Avangard can be used with the same efficiency as nuclear delivery vehicles, thus making escalation to a nuclear phase unnecessary under certain circumstances. The HGV does not violate the New START Treaty or any other international agreement.
The announcement of the plans to field the HGV as early as next year prove that Russia was not bluffing. This game-changing weapon not only exists, but is already in production. This is a slam dunk for the Russian defense industry and for those scholars who managed to solve the problem of how to tolerate immense heat during hypersonic flight. The US will have to play catch-up.
