Putin: Detention of Russian citizens in Belarus set up by Ukrainian and US intelligence

MOSCOW, August 27. /TASS/. The detention of 33 Russian citizens in Belarus in late July was set up by Ukrainian and US intelligence agencies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said in an interview with Rossiya-24 channel on Thursday.

"This is a joint operation of Ukrainian and American intelligence agencies. This is known on good authority now. Some participants of this process, observers, well-informed people do not even hide this at this point," the Russian president said, commenting on the incident.

Putin added that the detained citizens were headed for Latin America and the Middle East for "absolutely legal work."

"However, they were dragged on Belarusian territory and painted as a potential force used to destabilize the situation during the election campaign, which was absolutely untrue," the president explained. "I would like to note once again that those people were on their way to work in a third country. They were lured there, dragged over the border. Our border officials did not let them out, by the way, they could not have entered. However, they were actually brought in using fake documents."

On July 29, 32 Russian citizens were apprehended near Minsk, and one more was detained in southern Belarus. In his address to the nation and the parliament on August 4, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said the Russians were deliberately deployed to his country. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov dismissed the claims that Russia might have sent its citizens to Belarus to destabilize the situation in the republic.

For its part, Ukraine claimed that 28 detained citizens had taken part in military activity in Donbass, with pending criminal proceedings launched against them in Ukraine.

On August 14, Minsk handed over the detained citizens to Moscow. Russian Ambassador to Minsk Dmitry Mezentsev later stated that the Russians had been returned in strict correspondence with the norms of international law, stressing that professional cooperation between the country’s prosecution bodies helped carry out this legal procedure.

At a Senate Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on 30 July 2020, Senator Lindsey Graham questioned Secretary of State Mike Pompeo about a US company that has just signed an agreement with the "Autonomous Administration" of Northeast Syria (YPG) for the exploitation of oil fields and the supply of refineries.

The Secretary of State confirmed that the negotiation of the agreement had taken longer than expected and that he was OK with the deal. Production is expected to start at 60,000 barrels/day and could quickly rise to 380,000 barrels/day.

The "Autonomous Administration" is a fiction set up by the Pentagon in northeastern Syria, which is being run by a Kurdish faction. Neither Damascus nor Ankara have made any comments.

Crescent Energy Services, which penned the agreement, is a CIA front registered in the tax haven of Delaware, but based in Louisiana.

According to our sources, the profits of the Autonomous Administration will be divided in two: half for itself, and the other half for the CIA, which will use the money to finance its covert operations throughout the world without having to submit a budget request to Congress.

THESAURUS 1 (later: RUBICON), was a secret operation of the German Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND) and the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), to purchase the Swiss crypto manufacturer Crypto AG (Hagelin) — codenamed MINERVA — in order to control the company, its algorithms and – indirectly – its customers. From 12 June 1970 2 onwards, Crypto AG was jointly owned by CIA and BND, each with 50% of the shares, and from 30 June 1994 exclusively by the CIA.

It was already known from the so-called Friedman Collection – that was partially released by the NSA in 2014 – that some kind of gentleman's agreement existed between the NSA and Crypto AG annex Boris Hagelin, probably resulting from their cooperation during WWII. But as the released documents were heavily redacted, much of the gentleman's agreement remained clouded.

In February 2020, journalists Peter F. Müller and Ulrich Stoll of the German television station ZDF, and Greg Miller of the American newspaper The Washington Post, were able to fill in the gaps in the gentleman's agreement and much more, based on internal CIA and BND documents to which they had access. After an investigation that took well over one year, and involved experts in five countries, it was revealed that since 1970, BND and CIA had been the real owners of Crypto AG.

Together with the Dutch investigative VPRO radio program Argos, Crypto Museum took part in the investigation and was able to advise on technical matters. I am an #####, living in ######, and have been researching a guy of long term interest to me, Alistair MacWillson, for a study on black ops and how they are going technical. He is the CEO of Cambridge Analytica, amongst other things, but not the CA that the Guardian has been looking at, as there are two companies with the same name with different leadership! However, I am convinced, they are connected.

MacWillson, as well as being CEO of CA, is a partner or special advisor in the Chertoff Group in Washington. The Chertoff company is stuffed with serious ex-spooks like Michael Chertoff, General [Michael] Hayden, Bill Marshall and Mike Walker. MacWillson is one of only three or four Brits on the team. So what's the connection? Chertoff is run by Michael Chertoff and Chad Sweet (another ex-spook). During the presidential primaries, Sweet took time out to be the campaign manager for Ted Cruz. Sweet is also a good friend of Robert Mercer and, at that time, contracted with Alexander Nix CEO Cambridge Analytica (SCL bit) to carry out the data mining work on voter preferences. I don't know if CA (MacW's bit) was involved, but MacWillson was apparently previously an adviser to In-Q-Tel (not sure how non-US citizen to have such a role) and was involved in the Palantir investment there (according to an ex-Palantir exec). He also links with Nix and, of course, Palantir and Mercer are connected.

MacWillson's Cambridge Analytica, by coincidence is a 'cyber analytics' and 'cyber security' firm and according to insider info, provides expert advice on highly technical security measures. Looking at what is in the public domain (mostly from statements given to US, UK or EU agencies) they (or MacWillson) have worked on projects for the World Bank, tracking missing $millions of aid from the Balkans war, worked on the 'integrity' of electronic voting machines used in several countries, worked with SWIFT on the security of interbank funds transfers (the SWIFT that was exposed as providing the NSA with a back door!) and is a crypto 'expert'. I'm told by a reliable source, that MacWillson also does this stuff for Chertoff and, according to his CV on their site works with the US, UK and other governments on very sensitive stuff!

It doesn't end there, my interest in MacWillson was from the Irish troubles and it is a coincidence that this interest has led to seeing the tentacles spread! MacWillson was (perhaps still is) with MI6 and is a long-term operational career guy. I know that, as a young guy, he was Michael Oakley's (also MI6) right hand man in setting up the back channel contacts with the IRA during the 70s to 90s. He is often identifiable (always in the background) at various significant events, such as the Airey Neave car bombing, the Mull of Kintyre helicopter crash, the Baltic Exchange bombing and was apparently Richard Dearlove's 'fixer'. Destined to head up all operational activities, he worked with Major Arish Turl of the SAS, on setting up what is often described as 'the increment' or 'Group 13, the paramilitary arm within Six. I believe he has also had connections with Control Risks in the 90s.

In the early 90s he took a year out, to write Hostage Taking Terrorism, which I assume was sanctioned by the government, but not sure. That period, when aircraft hijacking and hostage taking was a common feature of life, he was involved or instigated the US/UK Rapid Deployment Team, hence building relationships with the CIA and NSA and was seen (by BBC sources) in Libya, Lebanon, Cyprus and during the IRA Hit on Op Flavius in Gibratar back in 88.

I could go on! There are many more connections I can make, but not necessarily from such dependable sources. MacWillson may not fit the 'oligarch' definition, but as a guy with fingers in many dark threads, he!

The CIA is attempting to install an agent into the office of the President of the Russian Federation, the only question was who? Using very simple deduction we have determined due largely to the complete absence of any photographs on the internet of Alexey Navalny with US Ambassadors and US figures that they key figure in the plot for the top spot is Alexy Navalny. An article detailing a 2 week visit to the CIA has never been challenged by Navalny in the 2 years that it has been on the net. 05-14-2013 FSB catches CIA Agent Controller red handed

According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) on Tuesday night May 13th a career US Central Intelligence Agency agent controller was arrested while in the process of attempting to recruit a member of one of the Russian special services. The FSB has not specified which service the potential spy was supposed to be attached to but has said the CIA officer was caught red handed in the act of attempting to recruit an agent. According to the FSB the CIA officer who was arrested was one Ryan Christopher Fogle who was working for the CIA under official cover as the Third Secretary of the Political Section of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. The Political Section of the US Embassy, headed by one Michael Klecheski, according to the embassy site, reportedly: “… interprets Russia's major foreign, defense and security policies. Wanted for the murder of over 112 anti-junta protestors in Odessa , the son of the ex-mayor of Odessa, Alexey Alexevich Goncharenko was arrested here in Moscow at the march in memory of Boris Nemtsov. He is being held on charges of ordering police to conduct illegal activities and as to be be charged in the deaths of Russian nationals in the House of Unions in Odessa last summer.

None of these things would have been tolerated or even been allowed to happen in the heart of Moscow if not for his killing. The television media is to blame for the large turnout. They ran his story all day yesterday painting the largely forgotten oppositionist as an important figure, which he suddenly became in death. The cynical way his death has been used by those promoting anti-Russian ideas in the heart of Moscow is disgusting but it is being allowed.

02-28-2015 10:05 Boris Nemtsov was planning to hold an opposition rally today, Saturday February 28, 2015, on Bolotnaya Square in order to foment internal political and social strife in the hopes of creating a Maidan on the doorstep of the Kremlin. Nemtsov had been receiving millions of dollars in funding from US interests since the 1990s, including from the Soros Foundation, the US State Department, USAID and the like. He was one of the first to meet ex US Ambassador and CIA color revolution architect Michael McFaul when McFaul arrived in Moscow and was in reality a traitor to the Russian Federation. Nemtsov was highly in debt to his western masters who were extremely displeased with his ineffectiveness. Nemtsov, being part of the CIA subversion architecture from the beginning knew much too much about their operations and his continued collusion was becoming dangerous for the CIA. Nemtsov crossed a point for the CIA which sooner or later comes to any traitor who is operating in the political field, due to his ineffectiveness he became more useful dead than alive, as his death is hoped to cause a political upheaval that he could not cause alive. My version, judging from the circumstances and the evidence, is that the CIA took him out.

CIA, FBI Agents Dying for Illegal Junta/Neo-Con Geopolitical Ambitions in Ukraine

The US/CIA/NATO have stepped up their military operations and continue to actively wage their secret war in Ukraine against the Ukrainian people in an extremely dangerous poorly planned operation that is failing and carries with it the real threat of sparking off a full-fledged war, if not World War III, against an unwilling Russian Federation which continues to attempt to deal with the aggressive-in-your-face-threat to its security through diplomacy and peaceful means. The recent capture and killing of 25 CIA officers in Ukraine only shows the desperation of the US effort and the complete disregard for not only international law and the people of Ukraine but also for the lives of their own CIA personnel.

The facts are as follows (backed up by dozens of reports, eyewitness statements and visual evidence): on the 18th of May the People’s Mayor of Slavyansk, Vyacheslav Ponomaryov announced that: "Kiev-controlled troops and 'law enforcers' had sustained heavy losses during a so-called ‘counter-terrorist’ operation in the east of the country."

"At least 650 servicemen were killed, wounded or taken prisoner in the past ten 10 days," he said.

"There are 70 foreigners among them and of those 13 agents of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) were killed and 12 others were wounded", Ponomaryov told reporters.

The Mayor also said that the self-defense forces afflicted heavy losses on Right Sector/Ukrainian army forces and also completely wiped out the junta’s "Alpha" operatives.

According to media and television reports Mayor Ponomaryov stated that with regard to the "…foreign mercenaries in the ranks of Ukrainian executioners, they also suffered losses. According to Ponomarev, a private military company Analizy Systemowe Bartlomiej lost 6 people, Greystone - 14 people, Academi - 50 people. CIA and FBI have lost 25 employees, of which 13 - killed."

"Furthermore, killed or injured 40 soldiers of the 95th airmobile brigade of Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as 20 members of the MUP . Loss Donetsk militias from May 2-12 8 were killed and 3 wounded."

US Denies

The Voice of Russia also reported that the CIA denied the claims on a Twitter post, which of course is to be expected: "The US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has denied reports of a number of CIA agents allegedly killed in clashes between forces loyal to the Kiev authorities and self-defense units in eastern Ukraine."

"A CIA official claimed on the US embassy in Berlin's official Twitter page of the that no such incidents had taken place and that allegations by pro-Russian activists did not correspond to reality."

Plausible Deniability

Plausible Deniability is a phrase coined by the CIA itself "to describe the withholding of information from senior officials in order to protect them from repercussions in the event that illegal or unpopular activities by the CIA became public knowledge."

Due to the fact that the denial comes through a Twitter post and not from an official CIA or FBI statement, or from the White House for that matter, and that the CIA/FBI is heavily involved in illegal operations in Ukraine and has been for decades, I would argue that it is a given that the CIA has lost officers, agents, mercenaries and support staff in Ukraine. That is almost a given, the only question is how many.

Illegal Operation

Due to the huge flow of information and the massive amount of reports, leaks and revelations there is little debate in the media about one simple fact and that fact is what is most troubling about the entire US/CIA/NATO/EU meddling in the sovereign affairs of Ukraine. To make matters worse the US/CIA/NATO/EU undeniably now have blood on their hands, not only that of Ukrainian civilians, Tatars and Russians but also of citizens of other countries.

The fact that is being ignored is that US/CIA/NATO/EU "operations" and meddling in Ukraine are ILLEGAL. From the overthrowing of the democratically elected government, to the shooting and murder of police, to the killing of anyone who is against the junta, to the backing and training of the Right Sector, and finally to the importing of US/CIA/Greystone and other mercenaries to kill Ukrainians, the entire "mission" is illegal.

The United States of America is involved in a dirty illegal war in a country it had no business in being in in the first place. The Ukrainian operation serves no us security interest, it is no "protecting American lives" and it does nothing for the American people, to advance democracy or human rights or anything else. US/NATO want missiles in Ukraine to further threaten Russia which has done nothing but to try to be friends and simply do business. CIA operations in Ukraine are illegal. Period. End of discussion.

I will not go into how many poor innocent Ukrainians have died or suffered in the Nuland coup and since, only to say that those who were burned alive and gassed and murdered in Odessa and other locations in Ukraine will not be forgotten and those responsible, whether they be CIA or nazi trash, will be held accountable.

CIA Recklessly Using Staff as Cannon Fodder

This is a message most likely of interest to those poor CIA operatives in Ukraine who are blindly fulfilling the orders of the Agency, the Company, the Farm, Langley or whatever else you want to call it and the "Washington Elites" who have abrogated onto themselves the right to send you off to die in some far off land to fulfill their poorly though out geopolitical objectives and continue to propagate and wage the Cold War that they just can not seem to let go of. Also for all you members of the CIA’s Special Operations Group, NAVY Seals, CIA/Greystone/Academi and the like who are operating in Ukraine.

I am a humanist I suppose and am speaking to the human in all of you. I understand that when you signed up you were full of misdirected patriotism, perhaps full of prejudice and hate for "rag heads" and "terrorists" and the like and all you wanted to do was to serve your country and even proudly give your life for the Constitution, the security of the American people and for your "government of the people by the people and for the people". Honorable motivations (other than the racial hatred thing and love of killing of course) but what will you do when you find out you have been used? When your comrades and you are asked to kill women and children or provide intelligence and support for the killing of civilians whose only crime is that they speak Russian and do not want to be ruled by nazis? How will your wives and families feel back in America when they find out you died in some field near Slavyansk and your body was left there to rot because the US Government could not even admit on a Twitter post that you died fulfilling your mission?

There is no justification for what your "leaders" are asking you to do in Ukraine. There is no threat against America other than what they themselves are creating. The Russian people and the Russian Government, no matter how much they are demonized wish the American people and even you no harm. Look at Edward Snowden. He was CIA AND NSA and Russia gave him asylum because he saw the lies and understood the truth about the illegality that he was asked to take part in. Even this certified "enemy of the state" was protected by Russia.

I have written for the world audience and my readers about what is really happening in Ukraine for the last 6 months. Trying to get the truth out to the world and little has changed, now I ask you directly: you who are helping the nazi junta for the US Government, the CIA, Greystone, USAID and the like, stop what you are doing, you are killing innocent people, including your own highly trained citizens. I am pleading to you because your leaders, your president, you secretary of state are doing the bidding of someone other than the American people. Remember who you serve. Remember your Constitution. There is no legitimate reason for you to be subverting Ukraine. The central bankers, the military industrial complex and the Washington elite are not what you signed up to give your life for. Russia is not your enemy. Believe me. Neither is Ukraine. Your enemy and the enemy of all of us is sitting in Kiev right now (the nazi junta) and in Washington’s elite clubs and posh watering holes patting each other on the back for the million dollars they made today. Or is it billion? And for the way they have gotten you to unwittingly go along with their little plan. They must be laughing that you are prepared to die for them.

In the end you may die in some field near Slavyansk or some other Ukrainian city as you were involved in a "secret" operation to kill Christian women and children for the crime of being "pro-Russian" and they will deny that you exist and your body will rot somewhere in an unmarked grave. Is that what you signed up for?

Think about it. Look around you. What are you really doing?

At the beginning of the US war on terror, and even to this day, the US literally kidnapped "suspects" and took them to countries where the could torture and even kill suspects. This practice of kidnapping and usually flying suspects around the world and then torturing or killing them in countries with poor human rights records or brutal regimes happened so much that the practice soon became known to all and the name for it "extraordinary rendition" became a household word.

The Voice of Russia's John Robles spoke to Craig Murray the former UK ambassador to Uzbekistan and he stated that during his time as ambassador over 126 people were renditioned to Uzbekistan and never heard from again. He personally learned the name of the airline the CIA was using from CIA pilots. That airline was called Premier Executives.
