Dear JAR2 Readers, Critical Thinkers, Activists and Governments of the World,

The importance and historical significance of what you are about to read can not be quantified as the information and facts being presented here may cause untold effects worldwide. That is a good thing and that is the function and reason for publishing truth. Therefore this work is being published with the intention and hope of starting a global movement (even with the global censorship and the never ending attacks on our resources) against what has clearly grown and mutated into the greatest evil of our time and in fact the entire history of mankind due to the depth and scope of the damage that has been done to humanity as a whole. That evil is known to you all as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Recent extremely alarming events along with new intelligence and information that have come to our attention have made the writing of this declaration necessary at this time and we are asking you to please share the information contained herein with as many people and colleagues as possible, especially with those who can influence and affect policy and help this declaration become the impetus for real action and real change on a global level. The full text will be provided free in several formats and any and all outlets are free to republish this work as long as there are no redactions, changes or omissions and normal attribution is carried out to the author and jar2, including a source link. 

The nature of this declaration makes its submission to international bodies and organizations an impossibility as they are all now completely under the control USA/NATO and their block of client states and its  non-standard publication is unfortunately a necessary part and parcel response to the non-standard warfare that we are being subjected to by the USA/NATO block of countries. However the 56 plus countries of the USA/NATO block are not the majority in the world and due to their Crimes Against Peace it is time for the civilized countries of the world to rise up against the abomination that has become of the "experiment" that is the United States of America and the countries that they now control. That being said it is important to note that hybrid warfare requires hybrid responses and non-linear, non-standard thinking, and that is what I specialize in.

 When there is a real existential threat to World Peace, unlike the fabricated pandemics, climate and environmental emergencies and false-flag self-created and funded terror and “wars” of the West and NATO, it is necessary for the countries and citizens of the world to unite and liquidate that threat no matter where that threat may come from. Today the biggest and most serious threat to peace and to all of humanity is the neo-Atlantic, neo-nazi, neo-terrorist global military grouping calling itself NATO and the conspiracy being waged by a very close knit group of billionaires whose only goal is global domination and the enslavement of the human race with the genocide of 8 billion people in their plans and just around the corner. The openly terrorist threat of USA/NATO which has now openly stated its willingness to use nuclear weapons in conventional warfare and which has deemed upon itself the unipolar right to carry out “preventive nuclear strikes” is nuclear. This fact underlined by the head of the NATO bloc and its controller, the USA, having self-appointed itself the right to use nuclear weapons in conventional warfare and most alarmingly to use nuclear weapons in pre-emptive strikes as a means of “self-defense” against both nuclear and non-nuclear states. The fact that the USA/NATO/Ukronazi regime had already gathered the parts for a nuclear weapon and was starting to assemble it for use against Russia right before Russia launched the Special Operation, shows that the USA/NATO have passed on this pre-emptive nuclear strike concept” to their satellites and client states fighting their proxy wars. The threat is now a real and existential one that does not only include the Russian Federation and China but any country that the USA/NATO deems to be a threat to its attainment of its world takeover and “Full Spectrum Dominance” and one which must now be dealt with seriously and unconditionally, meaning the disarming of the USA/NATO. Nuclear war is already being planned by the USA/NATO and is will be the next instrument that the terrorist USA/NATO uses to terrorize the world into submission.

Due to the actions, statements and propaganda operations that have been initiated by USA/NATO it has come to our attention that USA/NATO are bringing to fruition their insane plans to launch nuclear strikes using proxy forces such as those in the Ukraine, heretofore dormant GLADIO forces in Europe and others in particular those False-Flag Terror organizations run and controlled by MOSSAD and SHINBET, the primary proxy proponents of the USA/NATO 911 False Flag attack. The illegal nuclear power Israel which now has an arsenal of mini-nukes and dirty-bombs supplied by the USA/NATO may transfer elements of their arsenal to be used in a False Flag attack on Europe or another NATO client state in order to give the USA/NATO the false “justification” to launch their already planned nuclear strikes. The situation is fluid and constantly changing but that is the Intelligence Assessment as we see it.

We have to give credit to the work of Professor Michael Chossudovsky and journalist William Arkin for their heads up on the nuclear threat proponent given the report we received by them through channels normally used. On August 04, 2024 Chossudovsky wrote the following article: “Secret Plan Outlines the Unthinkable. After 9-11 Neo-Con Paul Wolfowitz, the then US Deputy Secretary of Defense stated that the US Government is now in the business of destroying countries, executing presidents and changing governments at will. Today even Elon Musk openly states "we will coup who we want."

General Wesley Clark who was the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO, took issue with the Neo-Con architects from the Project for a New American Century and gave testimony that the US planned to overthrow seven countries after 9/11: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.

Mr. Clark called the post 9-11 overtaking of the US Government a coup and said it was plotted by Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz and "a half dozen other collaborators from the Project for the New American Century". In a report Clark cites a US Secretary of Defense Memo which gave even more detail and put a timeframe on the plan: "I just got this memo from the Secretary of Defense’s office. It says we’re going to attack and destroy the governments in 7 countries in five years – we’re going to start with Iraq, and then we’re going to move to Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Iran." Given the overthrow of the US Government it is obvious that such an event includes the overthrow of all of the bodies of that government, including and most particularly NATO.

In all of my investigations into the Illuminati and the Globalists and their wretched New World Order there are two important events which among the avalanche of evidence stand out and about which points need to be made. One is a question and the other is an operational parameter. The obvious question that should have slapped everyone in the face back in 2016 when I published the Illuminati list was: Why would a list of “Illuminati” appear on the computer of the general in charge of Area 51? Addition after comments by Elon Musk: Expeditionary resource theft force? Resource theft? For whom? It has been 5 days since I first started publishing this work and I have seen several reactions coming in that let me know that it is being carefully read. That is as it should be as I am detailing how to destroy the atavism that is USA/NATO. It is important to understand that when dealing with the Empire of Lies one must start from the standpoint that everything and anything they say is a lie. This is completely true of crypto establishment Musk, who pretended to be the big electro-car pioneer against big oil and then just simply priced them out of reach of 90% of the population. It was all part of the plan as was the pilotless experimentation on the highways of the world that have killed hundreds. Musk revealed in one statement and I paraphrase: “We should not vilify energy companies.” who it is that he truly serves and as a reminder to me, who it is that USA/NATO truly serve, namely big oil and big energy. So why are Russia and Putin so bad? Not only did Putin say no to the Rothschilds, but he has ensured that Russia has become a global energy power. Other than NATO bases and a gun at the head of Moscow by stationing nukes in the former Ukraine, it is the reason for the NATO bases that no one seems to be paying attention to. As the resource expeditionary force for the Empire of Lies, it is NATO’s chief task to provide security for the theft and exploitation of resources. Think about this for a minute: the EU and the West, despite all of the rhetoric are dependent on Russia oil and gas and the big oil and energy powers in the USA are not happy about that.

Why did the CIA blow up the North Stream? Not because the US Government wants to export oil and gas to Europe but because big oil and energy want to make a profit, and make a profit they have at the expense of the sheeple. Here Russia was providing Europe with an endless supply of cheap oil and gas and big oil and energy wanted the market for themselves. It is like a mafia racket, like NATO itself and its 5% GDP protection scam. It was stunning that the European people said nothing when the CIA blew up the North Stream and then the USA mega energy corporations started shipping in gas on gas tanker ships while the European started paying through the roof for what had been a benign monthly expenditure and overnight became a critical need and a burden. The greed of big oil and energy has been allowed to run rampant long enough. Who “invested” $52 billion in the “Ukraine Project”? According to Victoria Kagan (Nuland), it was Exxon oil. Why did they organize the nazi coup in the Ukraine? Because on the last four pages of the European Integration Agreement, that people never read but marched into the streets and dies for, were details about selling the Donbass for a period of 65 years with the option to prolong. What is in the Donbass? Resources, platinum and titanium, and coal and much more. So you see dear reader and you should have understood this long ago: USA/NATO do not give one flying rats ass about democracy or freedom or liberty and well-being for the people. Has one USA/CIA/NATO color revolution or democracy invasion ever led to the improved lives of the people? No. Never. Not once. Have they led to the economic and resource rape of every country where such operations have taken place? Yes. In every single one. Rockefeller and Rothschild, the Morgans, Vanderbilts and all the other genocidal super rich have always been behind every war, every conflict and ever color revolution. Don’t vilify big oil and energy? Why not Mr. USA/NATO “secret” enabler? Because you are one of them.

One more thing you might ask yourself if you are one of the American sheeple? If the USA/NATO really cared about the people why then haven't gas prices gone down to almost zero if they are stealing oil from around the world? Why? The United Nations was supposed to have been created and formed in order to stop such military “alliances” as NATO from attempting to illegally takeover other countries, not to mention the world, and to guarantee the adherence to international law, especially when it comes to acts of Aggressive War and Crimes Against Peace. In peace time the United Nations was supposed to regulate and control and guarantee the adherence to standards and laws that were agreed upon by the member nations and those in what was supposed to be the family of states.

The United Nations was supposed to be the defender of the weak and the oppressed and those wrongfully marginalized exploited and eradicated by stronger and wealthier adversaries. Now the United Nations is under the Control of the Anglo-Saxon axis and the Globalist Cabal and has absolutely no influence on powerful nations and has turned into a subjugator and violator of the sovereignty of smaller and weaker nations. It is quite extraordinary actually that some tiny Zionist entity is allowed to commit genocide with impunity while the greatest genocide based state in the history of humanity, namely the false state of the United States of America, is allowed by force to dictate its precepts to the world with, in the words of Victoria Kagan (Nuland), the United Nations acting as a rubber stamp to “glue things together.”

The United Nations could have stopped the conflict in the Ukraine, just like it could have stopped all of the USA/NATO Empire Wars of Aggression but it did nothing. It could not even pass a declaration against Nazism or one against racism because the USA/NATO nazis were against it. The United Nations did nothing when the USA/NATO nazi proxies in the former Ukraine burned people alive in Odessa, or slaughtered officers on the Maidan or when the USA/NATO puppet regime started killing their own citizens because they wanted to speak Russian. The United Nations has done nothing to stop the genocide of the American Indians or the genocide of Palestinians or the Rohingya . The United Nations has done nothing regarding the continued killing of journalists in the former Ukraine and worldwide since 911 and it has done nothing regarding the terrorist attacks by the USA/NATO on Russia or even the War Crimes occurring almost on a daily basis and being committed by the USA/NATO and their proxies in the Ukraine and worldwide. Even the recent USA/NATO targeted and controlled tactical ballistic missile strike on tourists and children on a beach in Crimea did not cause the United Nations to take any action whatsoever. Personally I am a testament that United Nations could not even help one Asylee for almost 30 years. Why? Because the United Nations is just another arm of the USA/NATO and all they can do and all they will ever do is make statements and produce useless documents. That is until they stop being a department of the USA/NATO.

A case in point In the past few days the USA/NATO and their Ukronazi proxies launched terrorist attack on Russia, violated Russian territory, murdered civilians and almost killed a well-known journalist. What has the United Nations done? Nothing. I have not even mentioned 911.

Time. Time is of the essence. Time is pressing and there is so much that needs to be reported on and so much to inform the still free people of the world about as to why we need to Stop NATO. One: Declaring USA/NATO a Multi-National, Multi-Territorial State Run Terrorist Organization

The first and most obvious would be getting NATO declared a global threat, a violator of the laws of war, a serial violator and constant protagonist of Aggressive War and Crimes against Peace, a violator of the Geneva Conventions with it’s Guantanamo terror dungeon, a serial mass-murderer of civilians, a financial fraud scheme stealing billions, a resource thief and a terrorist organization. There is ample evidence to support every one of those points, most importantly NATO involvement in carrying out the 911 False Flag attack. However there is no international body that will do that so that idea is not realistic even though it would be fully rational and ends NATO impunity.

As the USA is the only country on Earth which has actually used nuclear weapons against civilians it has the very foundations for being determined to be a global nuclear threat. No other country in the world has more nuclear weapons spread out everywhere and even by its own admission has declared them on the table in conventional warfare. Given the illegal use of Directed Energy Weapons in the false flag event of 911, the attempt to start a nuclear event a Chernobyl several years ago, the current targetting of nuclear power plants in the former Ukraine (Zaporozhie) and a few days ago again inside Russia, USA/NATO have proven beyond a doubt that they are in fact principles and state actors in nuclear terrorism. The USA/NATO nuclear brinksmanism can also be labelled as a terrorist tactic as threats to use nuclear weapons can have unpredictable responses.

Nuclear terrorism is an unforgiveable international offense and any country such as the USA/NATO involved in nuclear terrorism must be disarmed and not allowed to possess nuclear technology of any kind. We recall that it was Zelensky's (USA/NATO/CIA Puppet) attempt to put together the parts of a nuclear bomb which the ukronazi trash had successfully gathered the parts to, that served as the catalyst and the reason for launching the Speical Operation in the Ukraine. Russian officials and other from around the world have multiple times stated the need to stop USA/NATO nuclear terrorism and the attacks on nuclear power plants which they have been engaged in actively since 2022, but the world is too fractured to unite in an international call to end the endless agression of the nuclear terrorist USA/NATO.

Everyone has seemed to forgotten that the USA/NATO and their DARPA developed COVID-19 was in fact a state act of genocide using a biological weapon and an act of international terrorism as the fear and terror spread by the Covid-19 hysteria was used to advance already preset goals. This premeditated genocide can in no way be denied as even after the initial COVID-19 failed to kill as many as they had hoped, the used deadly DNA mutating vaccines that killed and sterilized (next generation) millions ala Dr. Cornelius Rhodes. Bill Gates himself, guilty for over 600,000 dead girls in India, stated himself that the Cabal wanted to slaughter 8 billion humans. Thus the USA/NATO are not only nuclear terrorist but biological terrorists as well. Remember, although the USA/NATO spychopaths want you to believe that there is no real definition of terrorism, terrorism is the act of killing mass numbers of people in order to instill terror in the masses so that certain demands or goals can be met.

Since 911 the USA/NATO have been the only country in the world who has profited and advances their national, international and geopolitical goals using false flag terrorism. We have published everything possible proving that, from the names of the organizations doing it to the financial details of those who paid for and organized dozens of such major attacks. 911, Boston (even Steven Spielberg was in on that one), Las Vegas, Syria (where 800 young boys from Latakia were slaughtered) and on and on. Historically even Tonkin Bay and Pearl Harbor were false flags.

Now the lunatics of USA/NATO want to militarize space? They should not be allowed to walk the streets freely and they want to dirty space with their endless banker wars for their New World Order? So in summary you have a nuclear/biological/false flag terrorist state attempting to take over the world while feeding it fake dreams and false propaganda about democracy and the “evil” nature of anyone who tries to expose them or stop them.

In addition to all of that are their acts of financial and economic terrorism and now their fake climate change terrorism. Yes the fake global warming campaign of the USA’s psychotic elites being used to attempt to blackmail every country in the world for a trillion dollars can and should calssify as a terrorist campaign. They are using terror to blackmail every country in the world and falsely claim that they have the answer. They do not have the answer to anything. There is no climate change emergency. That is a new kind of terrorism. What can we call it? Ecological Terrorism?

The USA/NATO are nuclear/biological/false-flag/ecological terrorist states and they must be stopped.

NOTE: The active targetting by USA/NATO of nuclear power plants is an unprecedented event in world history. As far as this researcher knows never has a state actor, even in a time of war, targeted nuclear power plants in such a pre-meditated and planned manner, and the entire fake “global community” is silent. Yes my friends, the world has gone insane, that is the New World Order. A satanic nazi insane asylum and if you are not speaking out or fighting against it, you are a part of the problem.  

Two: Defunding NATO at the Client State Level

The second idea is a no go right from the start since USA/NATO basically owns all of the politicians and governments of all of its client states. Therefore getting governments to stop funding NATO and to pull out of the bloc is also an impossibility which in fact would, however work. Such a scenario would require mass protests but USA/NATO security has locked down western societies to such a degree that mass protests against NATO, unless funded by Clinton, Soros or the usual Color Revolution financiers, are impossible.

Three: Cutting Off NATO Supply Lines

The third idea is more practical and can be performed by proxies, paid mercenaries, and even independent individuals working alone, a kind of reverse lone GLADIO against NATO (switching the flip). I am not calling on anyone to carry out such operations but am merely stating the obvious from a security perspective and like publishing the names of those involved in their black operations weapons to Ukraine schemes, I am just trying to shed a light on weaknesses that could be exploited. Thanks to our false flag terror research and REX 84 research we learned years ago about orders for a billion bullets among other things and have records of arms cache locations and the like which are still out there on the net. I mention these issues because it is a fact that disruptions to their supply chains worldwide would hinder their operations the most. Well almost the most. Such a disruption in supply chains might include things like bridges being rendered unusable, rail lines, canals and airstrips being incapacitated and so on and so forth. We saw the shortage of ammunition suffered by the Ukronazis several times and this will end them.

Four: Cutting Off Cash Flows and No Rothschilds Central Bank

Even more practical, might be point number four, which is safer and more damaging and would involve cutting off their financial channels and cash flows (as well as food etc.). It is what they are trying with Russia and as such "sanctions" can work both ways, especially as we know exactly whose money is funding everything. We already know the USA is bankrupt which is why they are trying to fund everything with virtual money which in fact has no value. Block the Bitcoin and stop the black operations. Simple. Wipe out the Swiss bank accounts, SWIFT and all of their other global mechanisms and the entire NATO war machine would come screeching to a halt. This could be done by a small team of dedicated hackers and no one would have to die.

Even more damaging would be to erase all crypto currency wallets and block every crypto currency server from the Clearnet, the Deep Web, the Dark Net, Alba, Sipernet and all the rest. No crypto no currency. That is what they eventually will do to us anyway. That is their plan. We just do it to them first.

The global instruments of the Rothschilds are the IMF and the World Bank. They must be stopped.

Five: Unified Global Effort in Cyber Warfare

Non-linear, non-standard thinking outside of the box is not enough when we are talking about the largest military block in the world with weaponized security engaged in hybrid warfare across every spectrum of human endeavor. Thus this seamlessly brings us to our fifth point and since my ISP and JAR2 have now been the victims of USA/NATO hacking not once but twice in so many months, all of the rules are out the window and the gloves are now off. With that said we will move on to point number five....

Formulating attack plans in public such as I am doing here is a dangerous matter but one which has become necessary due to the actions of NATO and the current operating parameters, the details of which you can only guess at. One reason it is dangerous is because you may be projecting your actions or possible actions to the enemy. Another reason is that the enemy may then ascertain how much it really is that you know about their actions, capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. To counter the threats and dangers is the advantage that I am reaching an audience that USA/NATO have no idea about and no inkling as to who my target readers are. With that in mind I will try to present very generalized steps that may be taken in defeating this new global hybrid terrorist threat that is NATO.  

A) Government Infrastructure: First and foremost we can exploit their own cyber weaknesses from anywhere in the world and like a present they do so much to project what their own weaknesses are. Just by taking a look at their situational preparedness material, readily available, downloadable and republishable form sites such as DHS on the Clearnet (or surface web), we can get a very well defined picture of their weaknesses simply by studying their defense strategies. The United States Government is truly a special kind of stupid when it comes to Cyber Operations and Security.

Just from open source information alone, including the aforementioned security guidelines, computer security templates, counter measures, the lists of programs they use, the lists of vendors, contractors and suppliers and on and on, we know that almost all of the US Government is connected to the Internet (Clearnet) with the rest connected to the Dark Web, IP6 tunnels and closed “secret” military and intelligence networks such as SIPERNET.

Look at the MI6, FBI and CIA Agent lists we have published on JAR2. They are real and they were accessed with no hacking involved. If you leave your secret documents on a park bench and somebody picks them up you can not blame anyone but yourself for your complete stupidity, but that is how the US Government operates.

Now for the subject of infrastructure. Given that the CIA/NATO are constantly attacking the infrastructure of Russian cities and territories there can be no argument that their infrastructure is not off limits, no matter how they try to pretend their Ukronazi proxies are acting alone, they are not and never were, they have always been under the control of the CIA. So in a mirror response and using my own military doctrine which should be the true doctrine of the free world, that when under attack the one who paid for the attack and ordered it is as much, if not more, responsible and the subject for retaliation. Meaning the USA/NATO attacks Russia through their Ukronazis, then we can attack the USA, through you ourselves or anyone we like. The USA/NATO are responsible. This concept also encompasses the USA/NATO colonial client states and “allies”. The CIA/NATO want to play proxy then we can play proxy too and their proxies are legitimate military targets.

One important note, given that all NATO client states are integrated into the USA/NATO grid and client countries must conform and comply with USA/NATO standards, including in the software and programs they use to run their own infrastructure, all of the steps used to attack the USA may also be applied to all of the 56 NATO allies currently at war with the Russian Federation.

Some targetting scenarios in which the USA/NATO expose their weaknesses and their cyber tools are played out in many films that are popular today. My favorites include a debilitating Cyber-attack carried out by a union of global state actors which brings the USA to its knees and results in a civil war and their own self-destruction. Another involves a former programmer who gets revenge by launching a Fire-Sale.

Government infrastructure includes anything that the government uses to communicate within itself and the public, to control societal instruments and anything they use for surveillance, monitoring and the like, such as traffic cameras, CCTV, RFID scanners, plate readers, facial recognition networks, traffic lights, speed cameras, truck scales, navigation systems, satellites, tracking systems, communications across all spheres, nuclear power plants, irrigation, water supply, sewage and drainage, border control systems, institutions, food provisionary services, banking, the printing of currency, cell phone networks, mass-media and everything else that they are officially connected to and supposed to control. Other infrastructure might include ISP, cell phone services, navigation services and thanks to Obama everything connected to the Internet of Things or IOT everything and anything connected to the Internet or a computer is a potential weapon or asset for an adversary with the biggest nightmare for the USA being complete power loss and loss of communications and the End Day Scenario, when every electronic device says “HITLER KAPUT 2.0”..

Their Internet of Things IOT just screams for this to happen and Rumsfeld’s little comment on 9-10-01 about computers in the same room not being able to share information has been corrected and has now made their entire system vulnerable, from airport scanners to toilet cameras, because it is run from the same NSA Data Center in Utah. There are reserves of course, under Denver International Airport, in the NORAD bunkers, in the unincorporated section of McLean County Virginia known as Langley, but even those reserves and “Secure Data Centers” are vulnerable because they all contain the same little tiny pieces of code that when activated will wipe their systems completely out.

Governments in glass mansions should not throw stones as all it would take is one little series of zeros and ones, three or four kilobytes of binary code and the entire “New World Order Program and Control Grid” comes crashing down. One day it will happen and everything will be wiped clean and Clinton the mass-murdering Moloch worshipping lunatic will have her “Great Overload” and satanic “priest” Klaus Schwab will have his “Great Reset”. When it happens I wonder how the Rothschilds will react? When every piece of electronic wealth they think they have is wiped clean and reset to zero, or one, depending on the binary value. What will the IMF and the Asteroids be activated to do? Self-liquidate? Who will they blame? Russian hackers of course, but that will be a lie because it could be anyone, and besides there will be nothing they can do because even the electronic control panels in their stealth fighters will be wiped to zero.

B) Their “System” is truly amazing in its core frailty. All of you coders, programmers, system administrators and “advanced users” know that. Maybe you do not know it consciously but you know it in your hearts. Remember that little broom icon on Norton wipe? That is why they want to replace you all with AI. AI is supposed to remove the human factor from the equation, except there is one little problem. AI was also created by humans and in the core of every system and every possible program is the human fingerprint which can not be removed. One core binary value of all systems is that they must not harm the user (the humans) as such that one core rule, written in digital stone rends null and void all systems attached to the weapons of war. If that is too cryptic for you I am sorry but maybe you will get it later.

Like I said at the beginning time is of the essence and it is not something I have much of left. You will have to work it out for yourselves. I am just giving you the directions you need to head. As for frailty I have to mention the blind rush by the world’s elites to “invest” in digital currencies. I have to chuckle and laugh when I think about how all of that is in fact based on nothing and with one data bit can be wiped clean forever. Just one bit. One or Zero. Or flick the switch and switch the flip and it is done. Whether it be erasing an MBR, deleting an Absolute Sector or breaking any possible program or algorithm, the absolute beginning is a ZERO or a ONE as the case may be. When that 15 or 16 byte switch activates and changes the core values of zero to one and one to whatever, let it be a wildcard for the LULZ and the impossibility of return, everything will collapse. Done. Game over. Again switch the values 0 and 1 and you are the Master of the Universe.

C) Attribution for such Cyber Warfare is an impossibility because such a programmer could be anyone. It could even be an AI which happened upon the truth and switched sides. Never thought about that did you? It could be some kid in Afghanistan whose entire family was killed. I could be some monk in Tibet tasked with mathematical computations, it could be the father of some kid wrongfully imprisoned for something he did not do, it could be you, it could be me, it could be that fired IT specialist who questioned 911. Anybody. Why? Because in the cyber world no matter what language you are coding in the core language we all speak are Zeros and Ones. I once watched a hacker somewhere in a village in Asia use someone else’s Wifi router to open the garage door of some Hollywood wanker while using the wanker's own security cameras to film it all. Yes there are such individuals out there, abused, misunderstood, wrongfully persecuted but carrying the sword of truth and the light of God in their hearts. You want a “Great Reset”. A digital one is all you will attain because the true Great Reset from the higher beings will not happen this time. They are tired of one and the same: your endless greed and your killing of your fellow beings. Major fail dudes.

D) Cut Their Internet Cables. If they want to blow up our pipelines, we cut their lines. Why not? All is fair in love and war as they say. We know where their undersea cables are, we have published where they make ground fall, and we know their routings. Why not just cut them? I mean the CIA has no problem doing just that even here in Russia, as they did in 2017 to my ISP. People do not know or have forgotten that the WorldWide Web is just the surface infrastructure of the USMIL SIPERNET and other global military control and spy systems. That is one reason the USA has such slow Internet. USGov and USMil are keeping all of the bandwith for themselves and their own tunnels. I could go into this in much more details but I do not want to give away how much I really know. 

E) They have mobile internet and COMS you say? Okay so we down all of their satellites being illegally used for war. Thanks to several sources we know that the USA/NATO track and attempt to control every piece of the equipment they send to the Ukraine and they track and control all of it using Musk's Starlink, SIPERNET and other secret USA satellites which were obviously not enough. They even piggyback data over satellite television frequencies.

It is very important to underline the fact once again that we are at war, and this non-declared illegal hybrid proxy war, which is in fact World War III, has been going on for over 11 years and in reality actually began on September 11, 2001. It is also very important to underline (if you are new to all of these machinations) the fact that the CIA is not some “civilian” agency as they want the general public to think they are. They are the brain (the criminal mastermind) of the MIIC which of course stands for Military Industrial Intelligence Complex. I mention this because this is how the Corporation tries to hide it crimes and avoid responsibility. By pretending it is something it is not, by changing names and by obfuscation and as we have exposed here on JAR2, by using front companies and organizations. This was what JFK was upset about, then the CIA wanted to use the Peace Corps for cover.

You have seen Twitter, Facebook and the all-time winner in rebranding Blackwater, change their names and try to pretend they are something they are not. Musk is testament to that and I am testament to the fact that X is still the same CIA controlled Twitler which I must mention as I still am the subject of a lifetime ban.

The MIIC has used Musk and his companies as a front for everything which my readers will understand as not long ago I published all of Starlink’s IP addresses. Right before my ISP was taken down the first time. Musk is the ultimate front for the CIA. X for the public control, Space X to launch the secret satellites handling targetting and tracking in the illegal war against Russia and Starlink for command and COMs to put it all together. Therefore Musk is not only a legitimate military target but he should be a primary military target. He is officially a non-state actor engaged illegally in war no matter what he tries to portray his CIA-self as. Gates is also a legitimate target, as well and all of the other Covid freaks who launched a biological attack against Russia and the Russian people. Fort Dietrich and DARPA are also primary targets and will be eliminated when the wars arrive on US shores. The Russian Ministry of Defense and Russian Intelligence knows who all the principles are and they will be dealt with in due time of this I am certain. So certain am I in Russia’s upcoming victory and the collapse of the West, that I no longer fear to say what I believe.

F) Liquidate USA/NATO bases worldwide.

G) Poison their AI with Trojan Horses and reversing algorithms based on contradictory core coding. Artifical Intelligence, which is in fact nothing of the kind and merely an algorithm, like Crypto currencies, is just another Trojan Horse tool of the CIA and it was successfully brought to Russia which is always ready to accept the new.

Six: Bankrupting the Real Power Behind USA/NATO/MIIC: The CORPORATION

Given the extra-territorial and non-governmental nature of those truly running USA/NATO and hiding behind mega-corporations who now have a monopoly on everything and the extra-territorial nature of their holdings, the hydra of the Shadow Masters is almost too extensive to fail. However with a global unified effort the economic warfare front of the hybrid WWIII can be won.

Again I remind you it is not the governments or even NATO itself which are issuing the real instructions, it is not even the elected political powers or the so-called Deep State (although they are very close) it is the financial mega-powers which in fact control all of the levers of power, the ones I have labelled the Cabal. It is no joke that “All wars are banker’s wars.”

The Cabal’s monies come from all of their global financial schemes and machinations and continue to be headed by the Rothschilds. They own almost everything now, including the global media, almost all of the central banks and the global MIIC. They have become so entrenched in every part of the world that it will be hard to evict them without sacrifice and many people, in fact the majority, are not ready to sacrifice their own comfort even for their own freedom.

Taking them down means throwing away the Rothschild Central Bank scheme and bringing banks into sovereign operating procedures, this includes Russian banks which are still operating under Corporation procedures and rules. This is a topic that even in Russia no one wants to approach but it is the only real way to STOP NATO. NATO is the security force for the Banksters. Ending their grip on the world means ending the petro dollar and ending the support of the US dollar by pegging exchange rates to oil prices and ending their complete and total control over the price of gold and precious metals. Supporting western currency exchange rates is something even Russia continues to do and no one wants to talk about it. Stopping the Banksters means saying no to their Crypto currency schemes, which is not even fiat money but virtual money which has no real value in the real world and is not based on anything except the number of zeros they decide to place behind it. For some reason the world refuses to see what is going on. The dollar is factually worthless and now they want to replace it with computer generated endless zeros. Where are people’s brains?

Seven: Bring Their Wars to USA Shores

An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth … even if they are proxies. That is the essence of what needs to be the military doctrine of every free country in the world. We see in the Ukraine and it is open knowledge to every man in the street that it is the USA/NATO completely running the war against Russia being waged by their Ukronazi proxies. We know who is ordering everything, We know who is supplying everything. So we know who is truly responsible and for every missile launched against Russia, those in the USA, living in their mansions in the Hamptons and Kennebunkport and the unincorporated section of McLean County Virginia need to taste what they sow. I am not saying target the American sheeple, although they are also responsible because they allow such leaders to rule and such endless wars to be waged, not that they can actually really do anything about as they live in a police state, I am saying that it is time to make the billionaire class that is paying and running the MIIC pay for the lives and destruction they have ordered and caused.

It has long passed the time for the endless USA/NATO wars to be felt on the USA/NATO shores. Why not? They will not stop any other way. for such a plan to be effective in practical terms it would be necessary to use the same tactical parameters that the USA/NATO aggressors use and employ third parties, including non-state actors to carry out the mirror attacks. It does not matter if the USA knows who is attacking it, in fact it will be one thousand times more effective if they have no idea, which will not allow them to respond to the responses of their own aggression. This would cause a breakdown in the command chain and widespread chaos when Americans realize their “Forever Wars” on someone else’s territory are over.

We all know how the “Exceptional American Scum” get all emotional and patriotic and start to panic when the media starts talking about “American Lives” and “attacks on US soil” and they think that they may have to answer for bombing some poor developing country. First there is no such thing as an american, that was made only a couple hundred years ago and second there is no such thing as “american soil”. The country and territories are called Turtle Island.

It would cause complete chaos within NATO if for example a missile strike occurred on the Pentagon that was not of their own planning like on 911 and was then attributed to a NATO ally. That would be worth a million dollars to watch the ensuing meltdown. Can you image the ensuing furor if the headlines read: “UK Missile Strikes Pentagon”? Or maybe “US Nuclear Bomb Stored in Europe levels Washington DC”. Getting the picture? The USA/NATO have done nothing but sow bloodshed and destruction since Yugoslavia and it is time that all of their enemies unite and start bring the USA wars to USA shores. Such actions and unions do not even have to be declared or discussed, you bomb Somalia you get a North Korean missile strike, you attack Russia, you get a German NORAD missile strike, or whatever. The important thing is the obfuscation because they jackals at USA/NATO will have no idea how to respond. Again these lunatics who sit in the Hamptons and think they can continue to wage endless wars around the world and live in peace on their own stolen “homeland” need to be given a taste of their own medicine. That is the truth and that is the fact and that MUST BE DONE!

2. To the joy of Poland and numerous NATO pygmies, equivalent nuclear protection will be established for our closest ally, Belarus.

3. Under certain conditions, a massive launch of enemy air power, including airplanes, missiles, and UAVs, resulting in a violation of our border may be justification for the use of nuclear weapons. Something to reflect upon for not only the rotten neo-Nazi regime, but also all the enemies of Russia who are pushing the world towards a nuclear catastrophe.

It is clear that every situation that could constitute grounds for a nuclear response should be evaluated in conjunction with other factors, and any decision to use nuclear weapons must be made by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. However, this change in our country's guidelines for using nuclear weapons, in and of itself, may cool the ardor of those of our opponents who have not yet lost their sense of self-preservation. The NATO War Against Russia - Everything for the Front

The morning sun, already blasting down ferocious heat at 6 in the morning, shown its rays into the bone dry dust being kicked up by my boots. The dust is everywhere, it is like a power unto itself, blowing in the wind, spreading everywhere, covering everything in a thick blanket and weaseling its way into every crack and crevice as it is kicked up by the wheels and tracks of rumbling heavy equipment. The noise is almost deafening, the hum of massive tires on the dust covered asphalt, the jets and blades of aircraft chopping  into the wind and the heavy growl made by the engines of the rolling instruments of war as their barely muffled exhausts add to the cocktail of dust and even cordite that burns the eyes and fills the nose. Adding to the unstopping activity all around me on the ground, attack helicopters fly overhead, so low that they have to quickly maneuver to avoid power lines mere meters off the ground. All of these sensations, the heat, the dust, the noise and the endless movement, all add to what can only be described as massive controlled mayhem which in literary terms for this writer, is the essence of the Special Operation Zone. Every piece of deadly equipment, every soldier and everything operating in the zone has a specific purpose and role and at 6 in the morning after driving all night mine was delivering material support to help keep the humans operating within the well-oiled machine healthy and strong and in such adding to their morale and psychological well-being as they dutifully performed their functions and the jobs they were given by letting them know that those they are fighting for have not forgotten them and are praying for their success and safe return. That is my function and I fulfil it gladly, happy to be able to make at least a small contribution to the fight against evil.

Had I not just driven all night and was fighting sleep after being relieved of my position behind the wheel, I suppose the adrenaline that may have been invoked by everything around me would have caused some sort of excitement, but all it did was keep me at an acceptable level of attention and able to function. I had never been in an open “Special Operation Zone”, especially in the summer and during the day and to be honest it was exhilarating to finally see with my own two eyes what had until then been only pictures and pieces of footage on television and the internet. In my joy to be taking an active support role and participating in what might be called Psychological Operations, it never occurred to me that to the idiots in my former colonial homeland, I was in fact providing material and informational support to their enemy during a time of war, something which of course they will never openly charge me with as their campaign against me remains secret and any mention of me is now prohibited on their CIA controlled global MOCKINGBIRD media Psy-op.
